My room was a spacious Two-Bedroom Suite, perfect for our family, it had a very cool air conditioning. Daily, I found plenty of clean towels. The shower was powerful. The location was near shops and restaurants, plus, it was close to Cala Gran beach. The hotel is super clean and well-kept. It feels like coming home each visit.

I enjoyed the spacious and nicely decorated room. the hotel's location was a short walk away from the beach, which i appreciated. the staff were friendly and the service was amazing. the cocktails were fine. The bar staff were very skilled.
i noticed the evening meals were very limited in choice! this was disappointing, so i ended up eating out for most of my holiday.

The hotel provides a spa and an indoor pool. I found this a bonus. there are beautiful gardens around the hotel. I appreciated the well-kept grounds. fresh towels were readily available near the pool.

The location allows easy walking distance to several beaches. many restaurants and shops are nearby. This was very convenient. the hotel's proximity to the town center made exploring easy.

The location was good. It was a short walk to Cala Gran beach. I also found many shops nearby.
The hotel had poor maintenance. I saw ants in the room. The room felt very humid. The staff said Mallorca is like that..
